Bulk Container Diced Tomato Procedures

The CLFP Diced Tomato Subcommittee has completed its development of suggested definitions and procedures for sampling and determining certain attributes for bulk container diced tomato.  These include:  Sampling Procedure, Sampler, Percent Drain Weight, Percent Rinsed Drain Weight, Character, and Texture/Firmness.

 

These procedures are the result of a consensus of members of the CLFP Diced Tomato Committee regarding suggested definitions and procedures for diced tomato packed in bulk containers.
